Paid quarterly,  $60/ per quarter
Paid annually,  $228/per year

Forwarding

Forwarding is $4 per event and is available weekly, biweekly, monthly, or by arrangement.

Forwarding Deposit

For forwarding via the US Postal Service the deposit is $50.
For courier forwarding the deposit is $100.
